2. Memberships

We offer three tiers of membership (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
By applying for a membership, you agree to the terms outlined at the time of sign-up and understand:

• Membership fees are billed monthly and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

• You may cancel at any time, but access to paid features will end at the conclusion of your billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing and benefits with notice.

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships at our discretion if a member violates our Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions.

3. Directory Listings

Gold members may be included in our business directory as part of their paid membership.

• Ladies Let's Business does not endorse or guarantee the quality, services, or accuracy of information provided by businesses listed in our directory.

• Users are responsible for conducting their own research before engaging with any listed business.

• Directory participation is a paid opportunity and does not imply recommendation or partnership.

We reserve the right to remove or reject listings that do not align with our community values or brand.

4. Events & Promotions

Members may attend events based on their membership tier. Events are subject to change and may be hosted online or in-person.

• Event promotions or business features (e.g. social media shoutouts, speaking slots) are subject to availability and must comply with community guidelines.

• Members granted the opportunity to speak, host, or promote at events must agree to the event’s individual terms and provide any required materials in a timely manner.

• We are not liable for external circumstances (e.g. travel disruptions, venue changes, technical failures) impacting your ability to attend.

5. Community Conduct

By participating in Ladies Let's Business, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct and engage respectfully with fellow members.

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind may result in removal from the community and cancellation of membership without refund.

• You may not misuse the platform for unsolicited sales, spam, or aggressive self-promotion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our communications—including logos, event content, downloads, branding, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Ladies Let's Business unless otherwise credited.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

• You may share public-facing content with proper credit and a link back to our site or page.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments for memberships, events, and services must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• Paid memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

• We do not offer refunds for missed events, unused months, or digital perks.

• If a technical error occurs during payment, please contact us within 7 days for review.

8. Privacy & Data

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data.
